New regulatory clearances enable the Tasso Mini to be sold in Canada, Italy, and Spain
SEATTLE – July 15, 2025 – Tasso, Inc., the leading provider of patient-centric, clinical grade blood collection solutions, today announced new regulatory clearances for the Tasso™ Mini device. Tasso Mini is now licensed with Health Canada and has secured additional approvals in the European Union to expand into Italy and Spain. The new clearances expand Tasso Mini's availability beyond the current U.S. FDA Class II 510(k) clearance and European CE Marking.
Tasso Mini is the newest addition to Tasso’s virtually painless, patient-centric blood lancet portfolio. The device is optimized for a gentle sample collection experience, ideal for use with sensitive populations or for repeat sampling applications. The new clearances expand Tasso Mini’s availability to match that of Tasso’s flagship Tasso+® device, providing more options for international customers.
