Tasso OnDemand Instructions for Use
Allows self-collection of a single blood sample that is shipped to a lab for analysis by a medical professional.
For investigational use only.
Before You Start
Get a time keeping device.
Wash your hands.
Expose your upper arm.
Rub your upper arm until it feels warm.
Using the alcohol pad, wipe the outside of your upper arm. Let it dry.
Pull the two layers of the device pouch apart from the middle to open.
Pull off the clear plastic cover over the red button.
DO NOT PRESS THE RED BUTTON YET.
Pull the tab behind the red button to remove the paper backing.
DO NOT PUT THE DEVICE DOWN.
Stick the device to the cleaned area on your arm.
POINT THE SAMPLE POD DOWN.
Press the red button firmly. You may feel a small prick.
LET GO WHEN YOU HEAR A CLICK.
Continue to next step when 4 spots are filled and blood appears at the bottom of the sample pod.
REMOVE WHEN FULL OR AFTER 3 MINUTES.
Slowly peel the device off your arm. If needed, use the bandage for your arm.
Peel the clear film to expose the sample pod vents.
Place the used device in the return bag and seal.
LEAVE THE MOISTURE PACKS IN THE BAG.
Place bag in the box and seal with the box’s strip.
Within 24 hours, drop the box in a blue USPS (United States Postal Service) mailbox.

Use before the expiration date affixed to the box.
One-time use only.
Keep out of reach of children.
Minor bruising may occur around the sample collection site.
For external use only.
Not for use on infant heels.
Intended for self-use or use by a healthcare provider.
Use while seated as fainting may occur with any blood sampling procedure.
